When you purchase a ticket, you agree to abide by all our rules, whether you read them all or not.

Most important being that we have the right to refuse entry or remove anyone that we feel is a danger to us, themselves, or the other customers.

We have several rules and things that you need to be aware of posted at the haunted house. But, our basic rules are as follows:

NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES ANYWHERE INSIDE THE WAREHOUSE!

NO FOOD OR DRINKS INSIDE THE HAUNTED HOUSE!

RESPECT OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE HAUNT EMPLOYEES; NO RUDE OR LEWD BEHAVIOR, DEFACING PROPERTY, ETC.

DON’T TOUCH ANY OF THE PROPS!

DON’T TOUCH ANY OF THE ACTORS! 
We may tap you on the shoulder or do something to get your attention in order to scare you. But, should anyone bump into you, run over you,
or touch you in any inappropriate way, it is purely accidental. It is dark inside and some of the costumes are hard to see through. Your safety
is our first priority, and we will do everything to make sure you have a safe and fun experience.

WE DO ALLOW PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY, JUST CHECK WITH A STAFF MEMBER BEFORE DOING SO.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REMOVE ANYONE THAT WE FEEL IS A THREAT OR DANGER TO US AND OTHERS!

IF YOU BECOME TOO SCARED, SICK, ETC, AND WISH TO EXIT THE HAUNTED HOUSE EARLY. EMERGENCY EXITS ARE AVAILABLE.
ALERT AN ACTOR THAT YOU WISH TO LEAVE AND ONE OF THEM WILL ESCORT YOU TO THE NEAREST EXIT.

IF YOU EXIT THE HAUNTED HOUSE, OR ARE REMOVED FROM THE HAUNTED HOUSE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!

ALTHOUGH SOMEWHAT MESSY, PEEING AND CRAPPING IN YOUR PANTS IS PERMITTED!
